Introduction to Analysis

The Analysis menu provides management information and metrics about the models in the Software Factory development environment, such as the status of unit tests and process tests, validations, and code templates.

The following Analysis screens are available:

• Validations
• Unit test runs
• Unit test control procedure coverage
• Unit test program object coverage
• Templates
• Program object items
• Process test runs (deprecated)
• Process test coverage (deprecated)
• Function point analysis

Using pivot tables and charts, you can perform an interactive analysis on a variety of information available in the Software Factory. Predefined cube views are available to easily retrieve the most relevant overviews.
