Introduction

With the Advanced menu, you can access extra options like administrator tools and logging.

To open the Advanced menu:

1. Go to the Application switcher (on top of the IAM menu).
2. Select the down arrow next to your application.
3. Select Advanced menu.

Administration

View all user roles

Advanced menu > Administration > Role sets

This tab offers an overview of all the role sets that are available in your applications.

Clean up user roles

main administrator

Advanced menu > Administration > Role sets

Once you have cleaned up users, you can delete all role sets without users:

1. Select Delete sets without users .

All role sets that are not assigned to any users are deleted.

Re-migrate classic user preferences

Advanced menu > Administration > Re-migrate classic user preferences

You can re-migrate user preferences for a user interface from a version before 2024.1. See Re-migrate user preferences.

Master data

To edit or create a user preference configuration:

menu Advanced > Master data > User preference availability > tab Form > tab User preference availability
